You’ve done everything right. So why do you feel like you are still living in scarcity?
You've read the books. Done the therapy. Built the spreadsheets. And you still lie awake at 2am with that low hum of financial dread that no amount of income seems to quiet.
It's not because you're doing it wrong. It's because you've been trying to solve a body problem with your mind.
Welcome
Your money story lives in your body. I help high-achieving women heal it — and come home to themselves.
here’s the thing
You look completely fine from the outside.
You're the one who holds it all together. Who knows where everything is. Who shows up, performs, delivers — and does it all beautifully.
But somewhere between the school run and the staff meeting and the late night scrolling that never actually helps, there's a quiet voice that says: this isn't it. This isn't the life I actually want.
You're not ungrateful. You're not broken. You're just tired of living a life that looks right on the outside and feels hollow on the inside.
here’s what nobody told you
Financial anxiety doesn't live in your bank account. It doesn't live in your spreadsheet, your savings rate, or your salary. It lives in your body. In the freeze response when a big opportunity arrives. In the guilt when money flows in. In the collapse when every part of you wants to leave — the job, the routine, the life that no longer fits — and build something that's truly yours.
Your nervous system learned its money story long before you had any say in it. And it has been quietly running your financial life ever since.
That's why the therapy helped but didn't finish it. Why the mindset work made sense but didn't stick. Why you can know better and still not feel better.
Money patterns don't live in your mind. They live in your body. In your nervous system. In the somatic imprints that fire automatically, long before your conscious mind has any say.
Healing them isn't about thinking differently. It's about going somewhere deeper.
a different future
Imagine waking up and not checking your bank account from a place of dread.
Imagine making a career decision from desire instead of fear. Leaving because you're ready — not because you finally saved enough to feel safe. Building something of your own because it's time — not because you got permission.
Imagine your body feeling like a place of clarity instead of a place of alarm.
On the other side of this work, there is a woman who trusts herself with money. She doesn't freeze when opportunity knocks. She doesn't shrink when it's time to bet on herself. She walks into high-stakes moments grounded and clear — because her body is no longer running a decades-old story about scarcity and survival.
She built the thing. She made the move. She stopped waiting for the fear to go away before she started living.
She is you. She is already in there. She just needs a different kind of support to come forward.
Meet your guide
Hi! I’m Stacey
A Somatic Money Coach
It was a random Tuesday evening — fluorescent lights buzzing, inbox overflowing, spreadsheets on the screen — and I remember sitting in my office thinking: Is this… it? Is this what I worked so hard for?
I was a CFO — the human brakes of every organization, professionally allergic to risk. On the outside I had everything. A title I'd spent years earning. A loving family. A salary people envied. A house we'd worked years for. A life that looked shiny to the outside world.
And yet inside, I was exhausted. Hollow. Disconnected from myself.
So I did the most un-CFO thing I had ever done.
I left.
What made it possible wasn't a meltdown or an impulsive leap. It was years of body-based healing work — of going into my nervous system and rewiring the story it had been telling about money, safety, and what I deserved.
What followed was the most transformative season of my life.
I built a profitable bookkeeping business from scratch and sold it six years later. I took a sabbatical — my first real breath in years. I went through a divorce, and found my way to an amicable, loving co-parenting relationship with my children. I lost my mother — a grief that cracked me open and quietly made me braver. I renovated my home. I rebuilt myself.
And in the middle of all of it, I deepened my somatic training — becoming certified in a powerful body-based healing methodology that I now bring directly into my money coaching work. It's the missing piece that budgets, therapy, and mindset work can never reach: the place in your body where fear, scarcity, and unworthiness actually live.
Today I work with high-achieving women who look completely fine from the outside — and are quietly desperate for a different kind of life on the inside.
I know that woman. I was her.
And I know the way home.

Wealthy & Free
Wealthy & Free was built for one woman.
The one who earns good money and still feels poor on the inside. The one who knows what she wants but can't make herself move toward it. The one who is tired — not of working hard, but of working hard at the wrong level.
Six (6) months. Ten (10) sessions. One body-based methodology that has the power to change everything.
Over our time together, we will:
— Identify the somatic patterns that have been quietly running your financial life
— Release the inherited beliefs about money that were never yours to carry
— Rebuild your relationship with money from the inside out
— Create the safety in your body that no bank account has ever been able to give you
— Reclaim the deep sense of worthiness that has always been yours — you just forgot it was there
So you can finally make the move. Build the thing. Live the life.
Not someday. This year.
Because when your nervous system finally learns that it's safe — truly safe — to want more, receive more, and become more, you don't just change your finances.
You change your life.

my warm invitation
If you've read this far, something in you already knows.
Not your mind — your body. That quiet pull, that low hum of recognition, that part of you that read these words and thought: this is me. This is exactly me.
That's not a coincidence. That's your nervous system recognizing something it has been waiting for.
You don't have to have it all figured out. You don't have to be ready. You just have to be willing to go somewhere deeper than you've gone before.
The life you actually want is not on the other side of a bigger bank account. It's on the other side of a healed nervous system — and it begins the moment you decide to go deeper.
And I know how to walk you there.
