A Somatic Money Coach

For most of my adult life, I performed my way through it.

VP of Finance. Sixty-hour weeks. Two-year-old at home. Every decision made from a spreadsheet, every emotion filed away for later.

I left corporate at 39 without anything lined up — which, if you knew me then, was either the bravest or most terrifying thing I'd ever done. Probably both.

What followed wasn't a straight line. I built a business and sold it. I went through a divorce. I lost my mother. I renovated a house as a single mom while finishing a year-long coaching certification — and somewhere in the middle of all of that, something cracked open.

I had done every program. Read every book. Worked with every kind of coach. And none of it went deep enough. Not into the place where it actually lived.

Then I met a coach who did body-based work. And I thought: I don't know if this is for me. I've never done anything like this. I've done it all so might as well — let's just try it.

What I found there changed everything.

I found out that my body had been holding the answers I'd been looking for everywhere else. That I had been outsourcing my wisdom — to programs, to credentials, to achievement — when it was already inside me. That even as an exhausted mother who'd been going on pure will for years, there was still a part of me that was alive, intuitive, and wise.

I found out that pleasure is a resource, not a reward.

That rest is not a treat you earn when the list is done.

That your nervous system is running your money decisions — quietly, invisibly, constantly — and no amount of strategy will change that until you address what's underneath.

That is what I now do for women like you.
